NB Exchange/Refunds will not be processed without presentation of tickets.

Why Do We Require Your Personal Details Such As An Address and Phone Number?
This information, although not compulsory, can be helpful for a number of reasons:

  • If a show is cancelled, we are able to contact you regarding your refund
  • If your tickets are stolen/lost, we are able to trace them to you
  • If an error occurs that we are unaware of at the time of sale, we can correct it
  • If we need to change your seating, we can contact you before the performance, ensuring a hassle-free event for all

Although these occurrences may be rare events, it does help us to service you better. Details may be used, with your prior consent, to send you information about specific performances from time to time.

Why Do You Charge Fees For An Exchange/Refund?
Like any business, we have a charge for the services we provide. Ticket Link receives only the Booking Fee component of any ticket price. In the case of Exchanges/Refunds, this Booking Fee, and a Refund Fee, must be charged to cover costs.
